“Hi Jean,
I have meant to send this note immediately after the amazing job you achieved for Carol and Myself in Renting our Unit at Mayberry Mansions, but got caught up while attempting to fill a Vacancy in Our Own House. We live in an Owner Occupied 2 Family and the entire process has been an ordeal. I thought about the notion of asking you to fly to Boston and take care of this rental but thought you would need a Mass License.
We want to thank you again for going way beyond doing a great job with the Tenant you found for us, but more than that accomplished this task with the exact guidelines and criteria we asked for, The first being the fact that these folks are there until December and we plan to arrive for the Winter on January first.
I think its also important that you handled this Rental so quickly and Professionally while the second Bedroom was under new construction as well as a the installation of a new hot water heater at the same time, making your job that much more difficult.
In spite of the work being done, You continued to make several trips to the unit to make sure the interior pictures were perfect and show well in the publications you use.
Finally, I’m extremely happy that when I suggested a substantially lower monthly rent to get this done quickly. You in your infinite wisdom priced it at the true market value which was nearly one third higher.
In ending, I probably mentioned to you that I have spent my entire Adult life in the Business of Residential Real Estate Sales and know an excellent, Talented and Gifted Broker when I meet One and have to say that you easily fit that bill Jean and were so happy we met you.
Carol and I just finished our first winter there and went there with Several close Friends and we know that when Anyone we know either from Boston or that happen to Live at Maybury Mansions presently, You will be the First Phone Call when they need the services of an Outstanding Realtor.“
“Thank You Again Jean for what you did for us and more importantly, All you do for
Your Client.”
Warm Personal Regards
–Neil and Carol Murphy
