Hillsboro Shores

Nestled just South of the Hillsboro Inlet, the Hillsboro Shores neighborhood is a very unique beachside community with an “island feel” consisting of single family homes, townhomes and condominiums.  Most of the homes in this area have access to the beach through 2 private beach access points. The oceanfront home sites are some of the largest and most affordable in Broward County and the dry lot home sites are also relatively affordable considering their proximity to the beach.

The neighborhood homeowner’s association is called the Hillsboro Shores Improvement Association. Membership in the association is optional, however there are many benefits to becoming a member of the HSIA, including use of the gated beach access and participation in various social events and activities.
