About The Landings

The Landings is located in the far Northeast section of Fort Lauderdale. Every one of the single family homes are located on the water with dockage. The first homes were built in The Landings in 1961 and over the years many of the homes have been renovated providing a wonderful mix of the older architectural styles along with elegant modern designs. Boating is obviously a popular activity in the neighborhood with plenty of deep water dockage. The homes to the East of Bayview Drive allow for direct ocean access while West of Bayview is limited by a 10.5 foot fixed bridge. The neighborhood is pedestrian friendly and walking or biking to the beach is quite easy. The Landings Homeowners Association is very active and is instrumental in beautifying the streets and entrances to the community.
