Carly Mogan

Carly Mogan has been actively working in the Fort Lauderdale community for almost a decade, managing and advising luxury fitness centers, salons and restaurants. She was born into a family with over 50 years of experience in real estate sales, building development and property management. The passion for this industry is already in her DNA.  Carly is thrilled to be shifting her community focus towards South Florida real estate with By The Sea Realty, working primarily with Broward and Palm Beach County.

Carly is known for being proactive, detailed oriented, organized, and excellent interpersonal skills. Her mastery of customer service and sales skills, acquired over the years, has given her a unique approach to assisting her clients with their home purchasing and selling goals.

When she is not helping her clients achieve their real estate goals, you can find her traveling around the world, yoga, rock climbing and cooking. Carly has a Bachelor’s degree in biology from West Virginia University and is a current member of the National Association of Realtors®, and Broward, Palm Beaches, St. Lucie Realtors®.
