If you watch any television then you may have seen one of the National Association of REALTORS® TV ads like the one below. What they don’t tell you in these ads is that every member REALTOR® agrees to abide by the REALTOR® Code of Ethics. While some of these ads are quite comical, the more important point is that when you choose a real estate broker, make sure your broker is a REALTOR® member (not all brokers are REALTORS®).
